Orders will be processed and shipped via Australia Post Parcel Post within 2 working days following receipt of payment. Goods should be received within 7 days to capital cities and 10 days to country areas. Any delay in shipping will be advised to the contact details nominated on the order form.
Returns Policy
If Moisture Matic® is not performing as expected please call 1 300 107 166 for assistance or email help@moisturematic.com.au.
If not satisfied with product within 30 days contact Moisture Matic® and a return postal bag will be sent to you. Upon return of goods to Moisture Matic® full value of goods will be deposited to nominated bank account.

Unless agreed by customer at time of purchase no further correspondence will be received by the customer from Moisture Matic® relating to new products or promotional activity.
